International Crossroads Albany (ICA) and Rensselaer Christian Association (RCA) will host a welcome picnic for incoming RPI international students and visiting scholars from 5:45 – 8:00 pm on Friday, August 29, at the Chapel & Cultural Center on Burdett Avenue.
